To ensure the exceptional service our clients have grown accustomed to, KABACK is affiliated with Local 28 Sheet metal Union, Local 282 Teamsters, Local 638 A Steamfitters, Local 638 B Mechanics Union, Local 580 and Local 40 Iron Workers Union. KABACK has a national agreement with the Mechanical Service Contractors of America which does not allow our technicians to strike.
